Why is There a Three-Month Minimum?
Studies show it takes, on average, three months for a new activity to become habit. A Coach/Client relationship should, at a minimum, be this length to establish new, lasting routines.
Which Package is Best for Me?
Those that feel their health is close to optimal, needing minimal lifestyle modification assistance, may be better suited with a 3-Month Package.
Those that feel their health is farther from optimal, needing assistance with lifestyle modification in several areas, should consider a 6-Month Package.
What Topics May be Discussed?
A Functional Medicine approach is one that honors you as a whole person - body, mind, and spirit. The goal of Functional Medicine is to discover the root cause(s) of a health issue, to address why a health concern has emerged in the first place. A Functional Medicine approach does not only "bandage" the health issue with a medication, but it encourages taking action toward fixing the root cause. Although a Coach does not diagnose, a Coach may help you in your self exploration. Coaching topics may include:

What is Included?
An Introduction Session is a conversation before you become a Client. During this time together, we will decide if we are a right fit for one another. It is a time to answer any questions you have about Coaching, establish expectations of what a Coach/Client Relationship may entail, and develop a vision of how Coaching may help.
A Foundation Session is the longest session. During this time together, we will discuss personal history, co-create an initial wellness plan/vision, discover motivators and potential obstacles, discuss accountability, etc.
Follow-Up Sessions are always client led, so topics vary. We will discuss how things have gone since our previous session, and continue to work toward your overall wellness plan/vision.
Location
At this time, all Coaching Sessions are held virtually (through a platform called Practice Better) or over telephone.
